On January 5, 2024, following the legal effort of ICAN and Aaron Siri‘s lawfirm, the District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ordered the CDC to release all 7.8 million V-SAFE “free text” entries to the public under Freedom of Information, the release to begin February 15, 2024 and occur over a year.  [1, 2, 3]

V-safe, is the the vaccine safety monitoring system App rolled out by the CDC for COVID-19 vaccines to capture any adverse events (AE).  Common and expected AE were listed with check boxes, this data was released October 2, 2022, but the serious and cencerning AE were not, the 10 million App users, who rolled up their sleeves first in early 2021, had to type in their AE in words i.e. as “free text”.

It is expected that thousands of volunteers will wade throught the data, as was done following the release of the Pfizer FOIA documents.

On January 11, 2024 it was revealed that when Dr Anthony Fauci was under oath in a 2 day closed-door interview with the House Select Committee on Coronavirus Pandemic, he admitted that pandemic guidence such as the “6-feet apart” social distancing recommendations that were forced on Americans, “it just sort of appeared” and were likely not based on scientific data. [1, 2, 3]

Yet during the pandemic he claimed that measures imposed were based on “following the science”

During the interview he said “over 100 times that he “did not recall” important information and conversations relevant to the origins of Covid-19 and the U.S. pandemic response he presided over.”

In November 2022 deposition he also didn’t recall much about his hand in the COVID-19 response, even though he forgets, he thinks people “don’t have the ability” to decide what’s best for themselves. [2]

On June 20, 2021 Fauci claimed to be “the science” that an attack on him was an attack on science.  If you questioned him on the justification for face mask mandates, you were attacking “the science”!

On January 15-19, 2024 the 54th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) took place in Davos, Switzerland, with the theme “Rebuilding Trust” and an emphasis on mis/dis- information [9, 13, 14] and “extreme weather” [not climate!] as the strongest threat for the coming year. [1, 2]  “Building Trust through an Equitable and Inclusive Energy Transition” [3]  Attended by private industry and many global government delegates, but only “a handful” of Western leaders.  The USA is well represented.

On February 12, 2024 the journal Vaccine published a study looking at the increased risk of adverse conditions following COVID-19 vaccination for a cohort of 99 million people, the largest study ever. It found the vaccines were linked to increased risk of neurological, blood and heart disorders, though claimed to be “rare”. The assessment was only for 0-42 days following vaccination, and didn’t look at long term issues such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. [1]

On February 26, 2024, after three previously failed attempts, the Australian Senate finally acknowledges (by one vote) the need for an inquiry into excess deaths in Australia, thanks to the fourth motion from Senator Raplph Babet of the UAP. [1, 2]

On February 27, 2024 the Australian Supreme Court of Law of Queensland ruled that mandated COVID-19 vaccinations that were issued under emergency direction in December of 2021 were “unlawful” under the Human Rights Act. [1]

It is reported that Justice Martin held that the Queensland’s Police Commissioner “did not consider the human rights ramifications” before issuing the COVID-19 workplace vaccination directive within the Queensland Police Service (QPS)”

Australian businessman and founder of the United Australia Party (UAP), Clive Palmer, had reportedly contributed between $2.5 to $3 million towards funding the lawsuits involving 74 police officers, civilian staff and paramedics.

Vaccine mandates are still enforced in February 2024 as a condition of employment even though the legacy media reportedly state they are nolonger.

On March 1, 2024 the US CDC released new guidance for “pandemic virus” that causes COVID-19 with recommendations now aligned with other respiratory viral illness  effectively downgrading the disease to the common flu, the same low IFR as antibody test suggested in April 2020.  Infected persons no longer requiring isolation for 5 days, as it is now less severe than previously claimed. [2, 3]

“COVID-19 remains an important public health threat, but it is no longer the emergency that it once was, and its health impacts increasingly resemble those of other respiratory viral illnesses… far fewer people are getting seriously ill from COVID-19, [and] clinically COVID-19 has become similar to, or even less severe in hospitalized people, than influenza and RSV.” [1]

The CDC still claim: “Due to the effectiveness of protective tools and high degree of population immunity, there are now fewer hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19.” They state “98% of the U.S. population now has some degree of protective immunity against COVID-19 from vaccination, prior infection or both”, protection is from symptoms not the pathogen, they do not stop infection or transmission.

At this time only 13.1% for children and 22.2% over 18 years have taken the “updated 2023-24 COVID-19 vaccine” booster, and of the over 65 high risk group, only 41.5% of those. [4]

On April 23, 2020 Del Bigtree on The Highwire, through looking at the early antibody testing revealed that more people had already been infected with virus and mounted an immune response, much higher than expected.  The data suggested the fatality rate of COVID-19 was in line with common seasonal flu, now 4 years later the CDC come to the same conclusion, with the same SARS-CoV-2 virus.

On March 25, 2024 the official launch of the new not-for-profit registered charity, the Doherty Clinical Trials Ltd. (DCT) was held.  DCT  is a subsidiary of the University of Melbourne, established by the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (PDIII, or the Doherty Institute) in connection with Burnet Institute. The board members have to be “approved” by PDIII council.

DCT’s purpose is to accelerate the “development pipeline for novel therapeutics and vaccines for key partners and industry clients…with a specific focus on clinical trials for infectious diseases, including human infection challenge studies“, particularly for “early-phase clinical development of antimicrobials and vaccines.” [1, 2, 3]

The “purpose-built facility is the first of its kind in the southern Hemisphere” (suggesting there is intent for more), and ran in partnership with a global team! The Wellcome Trust (2022) with representation from BMGF, The Lancet (2018) and WHO’s 2017 report on “Human challenge trials for vaccine development” were referenced by DCT to help justify this ethically challenging, novel (“bespoke”) research move!

Victoria, Australia is positioning itself as a “world-leader in health sciences”, with Moderna’s mRNA platform factory in it’s back yard and with DCT’s affiliation with the Australian Institute for Infectious Disease(AIID) it appears human voluntary “guinea pigs” will likely be experimental subjects of any new “infectious disease” mRNA genetic codes!

• Doherty Clinical Trials is a BIO partner, and attended the BIO International Convention in Boston June 5 – 8, 2023, which was attended by tens of thousands of biotech focused individuals and organisations. [5]
• DCT website launched June 6, 2023, starting to recruit volunteers which receive tax-free reimbursement.
• The DCT project was brewing since at least November 2021, when pandemic vaccine products such as Moderna mRNA were still only under provisional use in Australia.
• The Human Challenge Trials, in which healthy volunteers are experimentally infected, is justified as needed because of what the “COVID-19 pandemic has taught us“! as they “give critical real-time information which allows for rapid development of effective vaccines and treatments.” [4]
• “The proposal to prepare WHO guidance on human challenge trials (HCT) was developed during a WHO Consultation on clinical evaluation of vaccines held in Geneva, Switzerland, 17–18 July 2014” [6]
• WHO, “public health” and Pharma/NGO partners see HCT as a way to cut down cost and time for introducing new vaccines.

DCT’s first infectious disease human challenge trials “include influenza, Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep A), gonorrhoea and malaria,” the consequences of intentionally infecting healthy people has drawn the attention of ethically focused, concerned scientists.

On March 27, 2024 the WHO launched the WHO Coronavirus Network (CoViNet), a global network for coronavirus genome survailance. [4]

The CoViNet network replaces the “WHO SARS-CoV-2 Reference Laboratory Network”, which was established by the WHO in January 2020 which had the initial objective to provide confirmatory testing to countries with no or little testing capacity” but extended to genome sequencing!

“In order to be able to monitor not only SARS-CoV-2 but also other coronaviruses in the future, the WHO has now expanded the scope and objectives of the reference laboratories. …Further, they are to enhance capacities for the identification of novel coronaviruses. Worldwide, 33 laboratories have been selected by the WHO as founding members of the CoViNet network.” [1]

On the same day Prof. Christian Drosten’s lab in Germany becomes one of the first labs worldwide to sequence coronavirus genomes to assist in determining the next (no doubt seasonal)  COVID-19 spike protein antigen strain for the COVID-19 mRNA “vaccines” spike protein gene sequence.   [1, 2]

“The objective of an update to COVID-19 vaccine antigen composition is to enhance vaccine-induced immune responses to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants”.  [3]

Representatives of each of the 33 chosen laboratories, “together global experts in human, animal, and environmental health, embracing a comprehensive One Health approach”, met in Geneva on March 26-27, 2024 “to finalize an action plan for 2024-2025 so that WHO Member States are better equipped for early detection, risk assessment, and response to coronavirus-related health challenges.”…The collaboration underscores the importance of enhanced surveillance, laboratory capacity, sequencing, and data integration to inform WHO policies and support decision-making.”

“Data generated through CoViNet’s efforts will guide the work of WHO’s Technical Advisory Groups on Viral Evolution (TAG-VE) and Technical Advisory Group on COVID-19 Vaccine Composition (TAG-CO-VAC) and others, ensuring global health policies and tools are based on the latest scientific information.”  Australia’s Professor Raina MacIntyre has been on the vaccine composition committee since Jan 2022.

On April 13, 2024 approximately 20,000 citizens across Japan came together in protest against the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty/IHR power grab. The rally called for Japan’s withdrawal from the WHO. Protest organisers are demanding answers for excess deaths and lack of transparency on the adverse effects following COVID-19 vaccinations. [1]

Speakers included Professor Masayasu Inoue who “highlighted the concerning trend of our health being weaponized in what he termed as “a third world war fought with information.” He urged the public to resist introducing genetic vaccines into their bodies, implicating a significant portion of WHO’s funding comes from pharmaceutical giants and private interests like the Bill Gates Foundation. A few days earlier he delivered a powerful warning message to the world about humna rights abuse with the genetic injectable products. [1]

On May 7, 2024 AstraZeneca withdraw their COVID-19 vaccine from the worldwide market, claiming purely commercial reasons even though in a class action against them they admitted their vaccine  “can, in very rare cases, cause TTS” (Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome) [1]

TIMELINE

May 24, 2024 the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Member States adopted a “Historic New Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge”, an international legal instrument. [1, 2]

On May 31, 2024 the FDA, under a breakthrough therapy designation, approved Moderna’s mRESVIA (mRNA-1345), an mRNA respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine, marking the second disease targeted by the mRNA platform, plug and play technology, but the third RSV vaccine approved.  The single dose vaccine is indicated “to protect adults aged 60 years and older from lower respiratory tract disease caused by RSV infection”. [1, 2].  There was no press release by FDA, just a summary announcement. [3]

FDA approval of mRESVIA is based on a Phase 3 clinical trial ConquerRSV, a global study conducted in 35,541 adults ages 60 years or older in 22 countries”. Vaccine efficacy was determined to be 83.7% “against RSV lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD)” after “3.7 months of median follow-up”.  Enrolments in the Phase 3 clinical trail (NCT05127434) started began November 17, 2021, where the placebo group were assigned a saline injection.

On May 03, 2023 FDA, under priority review designation, granted approval the very first RSV vaccine by GlaxoSmithKline. “Arexvy is approved for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease caused by RSV in individuals 60 years of age and older.”  The apporval comes even though they are concerned about “serious risks for Guillain-Barré syndrome and ADEM”  Pfizer’s Abrysvo is the second RSV vaccine approved by FDA.

It’s June 2024 and “bird flu” is looking to be positioned as the next Disease X.  Millions of chickens are being “culled” (no eggs, no chickens means food shortage). Deborah Birx (Scarf Lady) is pushing to PCR test all cows.  A push for farmers to get vaccinated against (not sure what!).  Sorry team…I’m a little over it – its a bird flu, not a human flu…but they are pushing “yet”. Scientists are developing an mRNA vaccine – ‘cos they now have an apporved ‘platform’ for any protein they code. [1]

On June 24, 2024 the US House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust, led by Chairman Thomas Massie released a report detailing “how the Biden Administration pressured the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to go beyond its regulatory authority to change its procedures, cut corners, and lower agency standards to approve the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and authorize boosters” [1, 2]
