WHO “Pandemic Treaty” vs Amendments to Existing International Health Regulations

The COVID-19 pandemic has given the global community an “opportunity” to “justify” making drastic changes to international legislation to “prevent” a pandemic from ever happening again.

The timeline below tracks two World Health Organisation’s proposed pandemic legislative “responses”, to the alleged failures of the COVID-19 pandemic, both changes threaten our sovereignty.

Following an interview I heard with James Roguski and Maria Zeee, James pointed out that the concerning “Pandemic Treaty” which Tess Lawrie et al have been warning the world about, is a “well crafted decoy” for a more immanent threat, that is the barely known proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that the US government proposed in January 18, 2022.

As clearly stated in this article by Health Policy Watch, “the United States is not waiting for an elaborate international treaty or convention on future pandemics, which will take years to negotiate” they what change now, and by amending an existing international legislative instrument, this change can take place as early as May 22, 2022 at the World Health Assembly. There will only be a 6 month grace period for the right to renege, instead of the current 18 months!

According to James Roguski’s investigation, these amendments, one in particular, will render the Director-General of the WHO in full control of 1) determining what event constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) and 2) the Director-General can then dictate to Member States the response they HAVE TO TAKE – under international law. The 6 regions around the world could do the same with a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PEERC)!

Lockdowns, quarantine, quarantine camps, forced medical interventions, international “peace keepers”, “health” passports are but the beginning of what these amendments could allow to morph over the coming months to a few years. The one world government is closing in on us!

The day after Australia’s Federal Election on May 21, 2022 is when the 75th World Health Assembly meets. Each member state gets a vote, Who knows who Australia’s delegate is! Prime Minister Scott Morrison is happy to comply to a WHO dictatorship.

The “Justification” for “reform”:

The International Health Regulations (IHR) is an existing legal instrument that governs the way the WHO and member states function during health emergencies. “But during the COVID-19 pandemic, some countries and experts have pointed to its weaknesses and called for reforms.”

The truth is on March 2, 2020 the G20 Engagement Groups (B20, C20, L20, T20, W20 and Y20) sent a Joint Statement on Global Pandemic Preparedness to the G20 urging pandemic reform, this was picked up by AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) who suggested nothing would be done, so they’d take matters into their hand. So on March 13, 2020, two days after the pandemic was declared, the AHF called for a “new Global Public Health Convention” to lead the reform task – working with the United Nations.

So the push for “global pandemic reform” went into motion before the current pandemic measures “failed”!. Did the health “establishment” purposely set the current system up to fail with a seemingly coordinated effort through blocking early treatments, manipulating testing and case data, changing death certificate requirements and pushing the focus on an “only-one-solution” to end the pandemic – the un-proven, new technology vaccines?

The decision by the Assembly establishes an intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate a WHO convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, with a view to adoption under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution, or other provisions of the Constitution as may be deemed appropriate by the INB.

Under the decision adopted today, the INB will hold its first meeting by 1 March 2022 (to agree on ways of working and timelines) and its second by 1 August 2022 (to discuss progress on a working draft). It will also hold public hearings to inform its deliberations; deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023; and submit its outcome for consideration by the 77th World Health Assembly in 2024.
