The document is yet to be supplied.

• “Several deaths attributed to the vaccine have been reported to TGA Database of Adverse Event Notifications (DAEN) for children aged 7 and 9 – This info came to light ONLY following Freedom of Information request by an Australian doctor”
• As of June 19, 2023 Australia’s TGA Database of Adverse Event Notifications (DAEN) has accumulated 138,645 adverse events reports, of which 135,126 are believed to be directly related to the vaccines, while 991 are reportedly vaccine-related deaths reports Epoch Times

• So far….”CDC’s own pre-determined analysis of VAERS data showed COVID-19 vaccines were causing an incredible level of harm” – FDA is not concerned but is “refusing to make its analysis public”
• FDA has no records of the SOP requirement for “Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) analyses to be performed “to identify AEs [adverse events] that are disproportionately reported relative to other AEs.”” AND theFDA denied request for “Empirical Bayesian data mining” claiming the records are “opinions, recommendations, and policy discussions.”
