The United Nations Committee on Sustainable Development (UNCSD) hold their second session of the Preparatory Committee (PrepCom 2) at UN HQ in New York on March 7-8, 2011. This meeting marks the begining of the Zero Draft version of “The Future We Want” report which forms the basis for the the 2015 Sustainable Development Goals, along with “the scope of a green economy” which is adopted in the June 2012 second Earth Summit.
