“…our data from the CDC today suggests, you know, that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick, and that it’s not just in the clinical trials but it’s also in real world data.”

Three days later, a CDC spokesman walked this back and said that you were speaking broadly and that some people who are fully vaccinated might catch COVID-19″ [3]

Freedom of Information (FOIA) documents obtained in November 2023 reveal this was untrue. In April 2021, according to the files, there were 31,754 COVID-19 cases among the fully vaccinated and 104,783 cases among people who were partially vaccinated, who the CDC treat as “unvaccinated”.
