On January 10, 2025 President-elect Donald Trump was sentenced in New York by Judge Merchan, with no-sentence, being convicted of representing “legal fees as legal fees” in the Stormy Daniel’s “hush-money” trial.  During the trial the defense was not allowed to present exonerating evidence and Trump was hit with an unprecedented gag order [4, 1, 2]

The whole intent to rush the proceedings before his inauguration on January 20, 2025, was to brand Former President Donald Trump and now President-elect Donald Trump as a felon, and being the first president to take office with a felony conviction on his record. [3]

The case has yet to be appealed.  But the intended damage has been done.

January 20, 2025 was Inauguration Day, where President Donald J. Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States of America, making him the 45th and 47th President, with James David “JD” Vance as his now Vice President.  The proceedings took place inside the Capitol Building due to extremely cold weather.  Trump’s inauguration address. In 2017 Trump, who was a business man and TV celebrity, with no political  background, entered office not knowing how the entrenched political system worked.  But by 2025 he now knows, and after winning by a landslide election, he is positioning his chosen people [5] (no longer those recommended to him, as was done in 2020) to lead the three letter agencies, and drive home his “America First” agenda.

On this, day one, Trump signed 196 Executive Orders [8, 23] to take back the country, starting at the Capitol One arena [12] while the crowd watched on and then back in the Oval Office, while the press conference was present, he narrating each EO as he signed.  Trump surprises the media by taking questions, something Joe Biden hardly did during his 4 years in the role of President. • Pardoning ~1500 of the January 6th 2021 (J6) “political prisoners” held in DC jails, and commuted the sentence of 6 others. [1, 2]  The same day that President Joe Biden preemptive pardons for “the J6 Committee against any prosecution from the federal government”!
• Addressing the “invasion of the Southern Border” and securing it. [16]
• Withdrawing the US from the World Health Organisation [17, 10, 11, 24]
• Withdrewing from the Paris Climate Agreement, to save over a trillion dollars [6], and other climate related policies. [16, 17]
• Preventing government censorship of free speech [7, 20]
• Defending women from “gender ideology” and restoring “biological truth” – such as keeping males out of female changerooms and prisons. [13, 14]  There are only two genders.
• Ending government Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) wasteful programs [15]
• Establishing DOGE and freeze hiring now government positions. [19]
• Jan 22 – EO to Declassify JFK, MLK, RFK Assassination Files, “Everything will be Revealed” [21]
• Jan 22 – EO to Shut Down ALL Physical Entry Of Migrants at Southern Border and ordered thousands of active-duty US troops to the southern US border with Mexico just after his administration began deporting criminal illegal aliens. [22]

At the Health and Prosperity through Prevention panel, “Peter Sands, executive director of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, laid out plans for entire populations to be vaccinated against several diseases.” “Sands said “long-acting injectable prep” is “functionally equivalent to a short-acting, 100% effective vaccine.” At the Technology in the World panel they laid out their “plans for tech-driven precision medicine, “long-acting injectables,” “climate-sensitive” vaccines, and mRNA therapeutics for non-communicable diseases.” [10]
