Since 2022 the TGA, just like the WHO and FDA, have updated their website and deleted many pages, which makes it difficult to locate information, so be aware many links below are web archived pages. You’d think public health were trying to make it difficult for the public to find vaccine information!

There is no legal definition for “vaccine”

• IMPORTANT: No where in Therapeutic Goods Act or Regulations is there a definition for what constitutes a “vaccine” product, as such there is no legal definition. Yet the regulations call for an Advisory Committee on Vaccines (ACV)!
  • According to the regulations “vaccines” fall under the category of “Biological Medicine“, but not the blood/tissue product type of Biological.
  • The regulations have a definition for “gene therapy” products, yet mRNA “vaccines” some how escaped that category, yet fit the definition perfectly.
  • It appears if a sponsor refers to their product as a “vaccine” then it is considered a vaccine by the regulator!
  • It appears if the mRNA code encodes for an antigen protein, that is all that is needed for it to be considered a “vaccine”, if it encodes a human derived protein it will likely be considered a “drug”. It’s all in the code (as far as I can work out! – Totally shocking!)

To fully understand the TGA we need to also look at the history of the Department of Health in Australia, of which the TGA falls under.

1911- Commonwealth Vaccine Depot (CVD) was established

1916 – CVD became Commonwealth Serum Laboratories (CSL) during war time to provide a source of anti-toxins and other biological agents, it took over manufacture of smallpox vaccine. [1, 5]

• CSL is privatised in 1991, sold in 1994 to private investors for $299 million [2] now worth $145 billion [3]
• 1956 CSL mass produced polio vaccine [6]

1921 – Department of Health was established [4]

1937 – Therapeutic Substances Act 1937 giving Minister of Health drug control powers

It all sounds good to streamline the regulation of the same product around the world, until you realise the decisions are distantly related to “health” but closely controlled or influenced by those who profit.

• The Victorian government has announced it will put $50 million towards the first domestic production of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, such as Pfizer and Moderna…
• Experts from Monash University’s Biomedicine Discovery Institute will also work on the project, including mRNA specialists from the fields of biotechnology, infectious disease, immunity and cancer.
• The proven scalability and comparative low-cost vaccine manufacturing potential of mRNA vaccines and nanomedicines secures them as the critical technology platform for vaccines and medicines of the future.

• AHMPPI, the national government health sector pandemic influenza plan, outlines the agreed arrangements between the Australian Government and State and Territory Governments for the management of an influenza pandemic. This agreement was ignored a few months later when another respriatory virus pandemic was declared in 2020!
• The previous version of this plan was 2008, which conincidentally a year later the 2009 H1N1 pandemic was declared. The Australian govt did successfully utilised the plan that year.

Mr Brodie says a lot of what I’d like to say, but is expressly more articulate than I could ever be. So I will highlight his work here to make it (reverse) chronologically accessible to everyone, and hopefully it will inspire people to join the campaign in waking up the hypnotised through sharing these letters or writing their own – or simply direct them to this page!

As I was placing the last of Doug’s letter in this page I came across the following comment by Joel Smalley. It seems I’m not the only one who Doug’s letters have resonated with more than many, after all they inspired me to create this page.

There seems to be a theme developing. It’s funny how so many of us keep arriving independently at the same place at the same time from different paths.

The OneHealth Agenda timeline

The agenda seems to trace back to a September 2002 article in Foreign Affairs magazine written by the head of the WCS, justifying why the conservation movement needs to lead a global response in connecting the “triangle of wildlife health, domestic animal health, and human health.” The following year his Society coined the term “One Health”.

The post One World, One Health Agenda first appeared on Totality of Evidence.

I was aware of this eating insect/bug narrative through the promotion of Nicole Kidman “eating bugs” in 2021, an attempt to make eating bugs look attractive and to normalise this behaviour. That narrative has bubbled to the “in your face” surface now as highlighted in Episode 355 of The Highwire covering recent German Farmer Protests and connecting that to insects farming. This war against our food supply has been going on long before 2024.

Crafting the Narrative

Follow along the timeline from the bottom and notice the target market shifting, the groups who first get excited, the investors and more. It starts with “inspired” college roommates, investors are “attracted”, the “movement” has capital now to “market” and build, then the United Nations gets on board [allegedly].

It appears to have started in 2006 with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation releasing a report titled Livestock’s Long Shadow which is being quoted that by 2050 Glgbal demand for meat will double, where “livestock production accounts already for 70% of all agricultural land”. Based on these trusted numbers alternative, sustainable protein sources have been pushed from January 2012 conference.

The “growing drive to bring insects into Western shopping baskets” took off in 2013 following FAO’s Edible Insects report . They are “rich in protein; environmentally friendly to harvest; sustainable; and, they’re already eaten, and enjoyed, in many other parts of the world.”

Setting the stage for the next superfood, packed with nutrition!: “‘Crickets are up to 70 per cent protein, which is three times the amount of protein found in beef. They’ve also got more iron than spinach, more calcium than milk, and the list keeps going. They are an incredible superfood.”

The Gateway Insect: “Crickets are the most widely cultivated insects for the human diet across the world and are considered the ‘gateway bug’ for people who choose to eat insects.”

What has this got to do with a pandemic?

What prompted me to pay attention to John, was when he revealed that ALL of Australia’s Reserve Bank gold is held in The Bank of England, not in our own country. But even worse, prior to 2013 Australia had NEVER done an audit on our gold held there, but when and audit was conducted Australia had to give two weeks notice to the Bank of England and specify exactly which gold bar numbers the auditors want to inspect!

Seriously! Can’t gold be melted down and stamped with whatever number you want? Would 2 weeks be enough time to gather some gold (I’m sure the Bank of England has plenty), melt and stamp it with select numbers in time in time for an “audit”?

John also shared how the Perth Mint is selling “synthetic silver”, which is more like selling “a promise” than actual physical product. If you wanted to cash in your “synthetic silver” for physical product it could be delayed or maybe not delivered!

“The Package”

Along the trail (I can’t remember the exact dates at the moment) John began talking about “The Package“. Which we came to learn was a dossier of information that he had gathered, at his own expense and risk, and has delivered to the relevant Australian authorities to investigate corruption that appears to be occurring in our trusted, regulatory agencies, in particular the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

“The Adams investigation went from June 2021 to April 2022 costing $AUD 50,000.  As a result, on 6 April 2022, Adams submitted a report of alleged misconduct to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) calling on ASIC to commence an official section 13 investigation….Despite the chances of ASIC commencing an official investigation was less than 1%, ASIC however confirmed in July 2022 that an official investigation was indeed underway” – REF

I came to discover that the only gene technology which is assessed by Australia’s “Gene Technology” regulator are only products that contain an “organism“. This bothered me so much I wrote a substack to capture my findings, I’ve added it to this website HERE.

Even though the new 2020 mRNA gene therapy products launched by BioNTech-Pfizer and Moderna under the category “vaccine” can affect downstream human health and environmental health (as the emerging science is revealing), Australia’s government regulator (and no doubt the equivalent in other countries) which has “gene” and “technology” in it’s name, did not even look at them. You’d expect the GTR to be better positioned than the TGA with “gene technology” advisors, yet all oversight was hand-balled for mRNA to the TGA.

The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) in Australia assesses Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), why are they not called the GMO Regulator? Their very name is deceptive, if all gene technology product do not fall under their jurisdiction. The very front page of their website is deceptive!

Adenovirus vectors are an ‘organism’

This diagram from the Mayo Clinic makes it clear why the adenovirus vector vaccines are assessed by the GTR, as they are an organism – genetic spike code from SARS-CoV-2 is inserted into the “replication defective” Adenovirus:

WARNING: No Fit-For Purpose Regulator!

MRNA is brand new technology, which has no established understanding of it’s human and environmental impact, has completely escaped oversight by a “fit for purpose” regulator, and more genetically modified (GM) products are coming down the line – which may end up in your body via injection or ingestions.

The highly persistent, pseudouridine ladened mRNA code, that is encapsulated with a non-natural, synthetic fatty lipid coating, to form a lipid nanoparticle could have dire consequences for off-target exposure.

But other genetic technologies on the way are Edible Vaccines, and the use of mRNA vaccines in livestock. We certainly need to pay attention to this “gene” regulator.

This page will attempt to capture some GTR history, to help understand why there are holes in their purview and if anything will be done to fix it. A place to capture notes/leads

Note: Upon collecting information for this page I came across a lead that maybe the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) would assess new gene technology prodcut that fall outside of the definition of “organism”. I am unable to find anything on their WEBSITE which has anything to do with assessing “mRNA”, “BioNTech” or “Moderna”. It appears all Australian regulatory oversight for the new mRNA technology fell upon the TGA and the Advisory Committee on Vaccine in 2021 and beyond

December 1988 – The first Genetic Manipulation Advisory Committee (GMAC) meeting took place in Canberra under the new Minister for Administrative Services. The committee was created in Sept. 1987 – REF

September 1987 – Genetic Manipulation Advisory Committee (GMAC) was created, announced by the Minister for Industry, Technology and Commerce to replace the Recombinant DNA Monitoring Committee (RDMC), “with somewhat wider terms of reference” – REF

• “Responsibility for GMAC was transferred to the Minister for Administrative Services in July 1988. In August 1988, members were appointed to GMAC by the then Minister for Administrative Services and the first GMAC meeting took place in Canberra in December 1988.”

1986

1986 – RDMC: Monitoring Recombinant DNA Technology: A Five Year Review – REF, READ, NSW library – HERE A report to the Minister for Industry, Technology and Commerce [Pg 41] – Acknowledged that “novel systems were constantly being introduced…”

• This report “concluded that, since there were some areas in which possible hazards could be seen and novel systems were constantly being introduced, the technology should continue to be monitored to ensure that appropriate safety standards and practices were adopted.
• The review also concluded that the non-statutory monitoring system had been effective and was likely to remain so for at least the next five years.”

1981

October 1981 – Recombinant DNA Monitoring Committee (RDMC) was established out of the ASCORD guidelines. The committee resided within the Aust. Govt. Department of Science: Industry, Technology and Commerce portfolio – REF

• This committee produced three sets of guidelines: [Pg 41]
  • for small scale contained work (volumes less than 10 litres),
  • large scale contained work (volumes greater than 10 litres, usually industrial) and for
  • planned releases of live organisms to the environment

1975 – Investigation into the safety of recombinant DNA techniques – Australian guidelines set by ASCORD – REF, Dr Malone on Asilomar Conference on Recombinant DNA – READ

• “In the early 1970s, when the technology was being developed, some scientists became concerned that it might be possible to create hazardous microorganisms using recombinant DNA techniques. The scientists themselves called for an investigation of the safety of the technique. Molecular biologists from around the world, including two from Australia, met for this purpose at Asilomar in California in 1975. The outcome of the Asilomar meeting was that scientists decided to continue recombinant DNA research using precautions to contain any possible hazards.”

• “In response to this conclusion, the Australian Academy of Science set up a Committee on Recombinant DNA (ASCORD) which drew up the first Australian guidelines for these techniques in 1975″ [Pg 41]
