Dr Meryl Nass was brought to my attention probably early to mid 2022, for some reason she had not come across my freedom warrior radar before then. Upon reading Dr Malone’s new book Lies My Gov’t Told Me, Dr Nass writes a compelling chapter that provides an insight into her COVID experience, which helped me fill in the gaps to her story. Dr Nass absolutely deserves a page on this website amongst the experts.
Who is Dr Nass?
Meryl Nass MD, ABIM, is a 70-something, board-certified internal medicine physician in Maine, USA, practicing there for 24 years.
She has special interests in anthrax vaccine-induced illnesses, chronic fatigue syndrome, Gulf War illness, fibromyalgia and toxicology. As a biological warfare epidemiologist, she investigated the world’s largest anthrax epizootic during the Rhodesia’s civil war in Zimbabwe, and developed a model for analyzing epidemics to assess whether they are natural or man-made. She has given six congressional testimonies and has testified for legislatures across America and Canada on bioterrorism, Gulf War Syndrome, and vaccine safety and mandates. [1, 2, 3]
2021 Medical Board Challenge
On January 12, 2021 the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine (Board) suspended Dr Nass’ medical license, without any patient complaints and without even a hearing – for allegations of “unprofessional” and “disruptive” behavior based on her public criticism of government COVID-19 policies and early treatment of COVID-19.
Just before a hearing set for October 11, 2021, the Board withdrew their “misinformation” charges deferring its prosecution to “the prescribing of hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin and on picayune record-keeping issues that are well within the standard of care.” – REF
Dr Nass suspects the Board expected to make an example of her and never expected her to challenge the charges, but with the backing of Children’s Health Defense she’s holding the board to account.
