Dr Reiner Fuellmich | Totality of Evidence

Dr Reiner Fuellmich is an international trial lawyer who has successfully sued large fraudulent corporations like Volkswagen and Deutsche Bank. In 1993, he has been an attorney in Germany and was also admitted to the Bar in California in 1994.

In July 2020 he co-founded the Berlin Corona Investigative Committee, investigating the legitimacy and global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They have collected undeniable evidence that the COVID-19 pandemic is in fact a planned criminal operation. According to Dr. Fuellmich, a second Nuremberg trial may be needed, to prosecute all who are complicit in this unprecedented crime against humanity.

Reiner has been providing public updates of the information gathered from expert testimony since July 10, 2020, and in February 2022 he and his team facilitated the Grand Jury Court of Public Opinion.

“We didn’t want a real settlement, we wanted to put you in jail,” was Fischer’s sobering statement to Reiner’s questioning…”Antonia Fischer unequivocally confirmed that the settlement negotiations were faked by her and Hoffman’s side and served the sole purpose of putting Reiner Füllmich in prison.”
Fischer “seemed increasingly insecure and became entangled in contradictions…Füllmich is not intimidated.”
“In the course of the questioning, serious issues arose: it emerged that Prof. Martin Schwab had frequently helped the port lawyers pro bono.”

The leaked dossier on Reiner Fuellmich by the government [“public authority”] shows their plan (dating back to 2021) to “get rid of him somehow”, to make Reiner “ineligible for election in the Federal Republic of Germany… Attempts were made with the public prosecutor’s office and so on, so it was initiated by one of the services such as the Federal Criminal Police Office or so, that they tried to recruit people from his environment to obtain information and finally tried to bring charges against him, and that he would be convicted.” says Dr Christof Miseré

An analysis should be carried out to assess the possibilities of a declaration of incompatibility that would prohibit Reiner Fuellmich from holding political office due to proven anti-democratic tendencies. The initiation of criminal procedural measures based on the evidence collected must be prepared. This includes cooperation with public prosecutors and the preparation of charges in the event of demonstrable legal violations.

Any necessary constructions must be weighed up and suitable third party actors recruited.

Proceedings began with two submissions to the court.
- Lawyer Viviane Fischer filed an application to now become an “adhesion plaintiff” [??] – “She based her motion on the fact that she had not received any information from Antonia Fischer and Justus Hoffmann regarding the proceedings.” – motion rejected by the court
- Second motion was filed by Dr. Justus Hoffmann, “namely that the public be excluded and that questions and statements be objected to” something to do with his personal state of health [??]
Defense attorney Dr. Miseré read from “a dossier from a public authority” – Dr. Reiner Füllmich had apparently been under surveillance by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the BKA and the Federal Intelligence Service since 24.08.2021…According to the dossier, something must be done and a thorough investigation into Reiner Füllmich must be carried out, as he poses a threat to public order, democracy and the rule of law. He has a great influence on the social climate, he could incite unrest and it is imperative to prevent him from taking on politically exposed offices and to prevent him from obtaining them by all means!”
