On January 19, 2025, in the last hours of Joe Biden’s Presidency, sweeping pardons are issued (by autopen) for many of his family members [4, 5] , along with Dr Anthony “Tony” Fauci, [1, 2, 3] General Mark Milley [6] , and the entire January 6th (J6) Select Committee, including the police officer who killed an unarmed civillian on January 6, 2021. [9]
Fauci is preemptively pardoned for “any offense against the United States he may have committed.” The question is “why an esteemed doctor would require, or accept such a shocking display of contempt for the law and for public trust if no crime was committed.” [7]
The Oversight Project later determined that all of the pardons issued on January 19 had the same exact Biden autopen signature. [8]
