From June 22, 2022 the “rebellion” of Dutch farmess began their tractor convoys and blockades in protest against their governments “radical” UN-WEF, CCP inspired SDG, backed green new nitrogen emissions policy which would crush their small businesses or seize about 50% of farms due to an inability to comply. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]  The Netherlands is the second biggest agricultural exporter after the United States.

On June 10, 2022, the Dutch Minister for Nitrogen and Nature Policy, Ms. Christianne van der Wal, presented a plan laying out the objectives for Dutch nitrogen greenhouse gas (GHG) emission to be reduced by between 12 to 70%. Small protests followed this announcement, with a larger farmer protest set for June 22, 2022 in the Province of Gelderlan. [6]

A U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)  report from 2014 declared “excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer is a major cause of water pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.” According to the US, food productionis a key to man-made climate change. [8]

“Farmers blocked roads across the Netherlands to protest against the government’s plans to cut nitrogen emissions. Last month the Dutch cabinet announced its plan to cut nitrogen emissions by 50% by 2030. Farmers must reduce their emissions by 40%, meaning some farmers have to scale down or shut down completely.” Dutch fishermen were also affected, permit renewal were subject to emission targets, they too joined the protest. [4]

Farmer protests had spread across Europe and other countries in support of the Dutch farmers.  The slogan “No Fertilizers, no farmers, no food” was used, and is stated as a globalist plan to reduce the world’s food supply.

Livestock such as cattle would need to be culled due to nitrogen emissions, which is inline with WEF’s 2016 prediction that by 2030 we’d eat much less meat, but overall food production will be severely reduced, and food prices will soar.

“All over the globe, U.N. SDG-aligned government policies are squeezing farmers—especially smaller, independent producers unable to absorb the added costs of added regulation and control.” state Zero Hedge.
