On September 1, 2021, the CDC quietly changed their definitions of “vaccine” and “vaccination” by removing reference to “immunity”, as keeping it there was “problematic” for supporting the claims of the COVID-19 “vaccines” according to a FOIA request. [1, 2, 3]
On August 25, 2021 in an email obtained from the CDC under FOIA it stated: “The definition of vaccine we have posted is problementic and people are using it to claim the COVID-19 vaccine is not a vaccine based on our own definition” [1]
VACCINE:
- was: “A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.”
- changed to: “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.”
VACCINATION [3]
- was: “The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.”
- changed to: “The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease”
By CDC making the change from “immunity” to “protection” they acknowledge there is a difference between these two words.
In November 2023 FOIA documents show that by 2021 the CDC knew there were millions of breakthrough cases, that is where vaccinated individuals were testing positive for having contracted the SARS-CoV-2. [4]
