On June 4, 2021, The Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) comprised of state and territory chief health officers and Commonwealth officials and led by Chief Medical Officer Paul Kelly, stated for the second time, that “does not recommend compulsory COVID-19 vaccines for aged care workers”. The state, “Mandating COVID-19 vaccination must balance the rights of an individual in the workplace against the public health benefits of vaccination”, otherwise knowns as being able to stop infection and transmission. [1]

That same day, Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced on the ABC that he was going to lobby State and Territory leaders through his National Cabinet to overrule expert health advice and “force aged care workers to get the coronavirus vaccine”, contrary to his not compulsory statement a year earlier. [1] This referral came with the backing of the Health Minister, Greg Hunt (who is ex WEF advisor and sponsor of TGA’s Provisional Registration), because of outbreaks in Aged Care facilities in Victoria after workes and residents tested positive.

The lobby worked, by June 28, 2021 Morrison announced the National Cabinet agreed to mandate vaccination for aged care workers as a condition of employment.  That set in motion the snowball effect of vaccine mandates with then flooded to workers in health care, education, emergency response, law enforcement and then commercial business got on board.  All occurring without voluntary informed consent’ as the products were still experimental.
