Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) technology has been brewing for quite a while, and used successfully in many applications, but in 2022 the new era of AI was no longer hidden. This page is a timeline that traces back through some AI milestones, and will be updated with current information as time permits.
At the 2023 World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos, the guests were introduced to just how far AI technology had advanced, with the promotion of ChatGPT , a chatbot powered by Artificial Intelligence. AI is highly useful and can be applied to almost any modern technology application, BUT it can be programmed to be biased and CONTROL the information or outcomes, all of which has far reaching consequences for our freedoms.
Some noteworthy new era AI technology milestones:
- Nov 30, 2022 – OpenAI launched chatbot called ChatGPT
- Feb 6, 2023 – Google launched chatbot called Bard (later rebrands Gemini)
- Dec 6, 2023 – Google launched Gemini to the public

This page will collect but a snapshot of AI content, it is helping me to understand what is going on, maybe it will for your too. I adding content about Sam Altman‘s history leading up to his Universal Basic Income inspired Worldcoin, iris Orb scanner, digital ID company as well.

He’s also aware of the privacy implications of handing over biometric information to a tiny startup and said Worldcoin will make the process as transparent as possible so user scan see how the data is used.
