Foundation for Vaccine Research is launched

As a progression from “It’s Time Campaign”, 14 scientists, led by Peter Hale, together with “advocacy experts” launch the Foundation for Vaccine Research incorporated in Washington DC on June 1, 2011.  The aim of the foundation is “to create global awareness for the need for increased, flexible, long-term funding for vaccine research”.
