On September 30, 2024 the Australian Government’s “no fault” COVID-19 Vaccine Claims Scheme ended to any new applications who suffers injury or loss of income due to their COVID-19 (mandated) vaccination, since manufactures were exempt of any legal liability. [1]

The COVID-19 vaccines which were provisionally registered (PR) legally carry the black triangle for a period of not less than five years from the start of PR, taking them to the end of 2025.

On October 8, 2020 the Australian government indemnified all COVID-19 vaccine suppliers to Australian.
