Post-marketing surveillance is done through capturing adverse event reports following a drug or vaccine treatment. The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) is a passive surveillance system reliant on health professionals knowing it exists (most don’t), having the time to submit a report (can take 1 hour per report) and knowing that submitting a false report is a criminal offence. [1]
So when a report is made, chances are it is absolutely legitimate, contrary to the fact-checkers!
An adverse event (AE) following a COVID-19 vaccination should be reported to your countries reporting system, in the case of the United States this is the CDC/FDA – HHS VAERS.
Without tracking post-injection adverse event trends, timely warning signals cannot be made. This is extremely important in the case of the COVID-19 vaccines as the placebo control trial group were eliminated a few days to weeks after the FDA granted experimental Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA), and the phase three trials only lasted a few months. So mid- to long-term safety can only be determined through population surveillance reports.
We know from a 2010 Harvard study that the VAERS system traditionally captures “fewer than 1%” of likely adverse events – so any report is valuable.
Though it is being discovered that short-term safety signals were identified in the Pfizer documents submitted to the FDA, they granted EUA anyway.
A report on its own does not mean the product caused the adverse event, but when hundreds to thousands of people report the same experience it is a definite warning signal.
Historical reporting baseline for VAERS
In a September 22, 2020 CDC presentation they provided a baseline for all yearly reports received into VAERS for ALL vaccine types for the years 2015 to 2019 (Graph A) – following many millions of injections.
Below, the bars in Graph B for the years 2015 to 2019 correspond to those in Graph A, they are morphed in size because of the huge spike in adverse event reports received into VAERS from 2021, the majority being for the COVID-19 injections. If this is not a post-marketing vaccine safety signal for the COVID-19 vaccines then what is!
When looking at Graph B, it appears that VAERS may be deleting 2022 records. Albert Benavides has been tracking the VAERS reports and has identified tens of thousands of records that have been deleted, follow along below.
If the CDC/FDA delete reports, does that delete, dilute or delay their warning signal?
Who would know if the VAERS reports were deleted? It would seem only independent databases that capture historical reports and someone able to compare that to existing publicly available reports.
This is a short summary page of Albert Benavides’ work (AKA Welcome The Eagle 88) who is tracking adverse event reports from the VAERS database. Albert uses MedAlert Wayback Machine, a platform that extracts the publicly available VAERS data from CDC Wonder, to compare historical VAERS report numbers with current, and he has found thousands of report missing.
One report number of a child from Alaska who was reported to have died post COVID-19 injection was deleted, so he submitted a Freedom of Information request (FOIA) to the CDC and they found “no record” of such a report!

July 8, 2024 – July 5, 2024 newly published VAERS reports revealing Throttling, Deleting, hiding ages, and hiding RSV injuries – (Albert reports on the data) – READ, 16 new RSV vaccine injury reports are hidden in the data, of which one is death. The date of injury report is “unknown”. READ2
- Of 2,573 “new” reports include COVID-19, Monkeypox, and RSV vaccine injury reports, which include 91 deaths – REF
- There are 44 deleted reports of which 19 (43%) were pretty serious (Death, Perm Disability, Hospitalization, ER) – The CDC are deleting reports of “COVID-19” as an “adverse event” following COVID-19 vaccination, including hospititalisation and death from COVID-19! In other words the CDC are deleting report that shows the COVID-19 vaccine are failing to prevent hospitalisaton or death from/with “COVID-19”!– REF

Reporting to VAERS is an involved process
Know that every single report submitted to VAERS is a time consuming, cumbersome process, so much data is required, data that a patient likely wouldn’t know plus it is a criminal offence to make false claims – LISTEN @17:40!
Meaning the VAERS data is legitimate, and important to track post-marketing signals and trends.
But Harvard Politics claim “the VAERS database has virtually no guards against its potential role as a source of “fake news”” – based on the testimony of Deborah Conrad who entered hundreds of hospital reports into this reporting system, she knows that is just not true, especially since to add fake reports is illegal and would be subject to criminal prosecution.
